BeatwayUser data deletion — Beatway
These instructions explain how to disconnect Instagram from Beatway and request deletion of data associated with your Beatway account.
1. Disconnect Instagram
Open Settings in Beatway and select Disconnect next to Instagram. Beatway will immediately stop using the connection and remove the stored Instagram access token.
You can also remove Beatway from the Apps and Websites section of your Instagram account settings.
2. Request deletion of your Beatway data
Send an email from the address registered with your Beatway account to hello@beatway.app with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include the email address of your Beatway account and, if applicable, your Instagram username.
Do not send your password, access token, or other login credentials. We may ask you to confirm ownership of the Beatway account before processing the request.
3. What will be deleted
After verification, we will delete the Beatway account data and connected-platform data associated with the request, including the stored Instagram access token and Instagram profile identifier. We will confirm completion by email.
